So I have this habit when I am nervous or stressed where I chew on the inside of my cheeks until I actually remove skin/flesh and they bleed. I haven’t done it in so, so long. As soon as this semester started, and maybe a little before, I started doing it again unconsciously, and now that it’s aggravated, I can’t stop.
